This apt looks comfortable. The French doors make all the difference.

The ceiling fan in the bedroom really adds a nice touch. Overall this is a really nice apt. Does the TV service two rooms ? :)

- bigger carpet in the living room to replace the black doormat; invest in more substantial carpets than bamboo/grass
- bedroom could use a nightstand for the alarm clock
- real plants
- paint bedroom for more coziness and separation from living room
- what’s with the bear skin throw??

Bedroom looks light and open. Nice pops of red on the bed and on the salmony wall in the living room.

I’d add some treatment to the french door windows for when you want to shut off the bedroom while entertaining.

Looks like it’s hard to watch TV with it hidden behind the couch.

I actually looked at this apt when it was up for lease. Almost took it. But ended up taking something with a patio in the evil instead.

You’ve done a much nicer job then I would’ve.

Love your French doors…so special! This person has done a great job with a small space, but it needs a little facelift. Little things like rugs, art, pillows make a huge difference. I might make the bedroom more inviting by changing the bedding and straw rug. It is a bit cold.

I would also reposition couches so they are in front of TV, and agree about the treatments on the French doors…

Overall, really pretty space!
