Hamilton Heights/West Harlem

The owner writes….Attached are photos for the condo that I own in West Harlem. I bought it about 4 years ago after the old building was gut renovated. I pay about $1400/mo. for mortgage and maintenance. It’s a one bedroom that’s a little under 1100 sq ft. (it’s an entire floor where there used to be about 3 small apartments). The third floor walkup is an open space which means that aside from the front, closet, and the bathroom pocket doors, there are no doors separating rooms. The place has a full kitchen, large enough that I have a loveseat in the space. It’s the place where most people hang out during parties! My favorite feature is the long curved wall of the hallway (which I painted purple) that leads from the kitchen to back where the bedroom and bathroom are. The place also has a washer and dryer and the large bathroom has a jet tub.
